Так вот, статью писал я, никто из историков (студентов или преподавателей) к этому непричастен, так что прекратите, пожалуйста, репрессии, если они действительно имеют место :). С преподавательским составом истфака я, к сожалению, не знаком, а спросить не успел.
В своё оправдание могу сказать, что фамилию “Панарин” я нашел на официальном сайте ТюмГУ, вот здесь. По-видимому, там лежат устаревшие данные, что и ввело меня в заблуждение.
